Materials & Finishes
We specify interior and exterior finishes to include all surface materials, hardware, lighting, and plumbing selections.
Plans & Elevations
We create interior elevations, lighting and electrical plans, built-in drawings, finish plans, and details. This is an essential piece of scope to aid in defining a project’s budget.
Design Concepts
We develop design concept mood boards and head client meetings pertaining to design development and selections.
Quality Control
We conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality and verify that design intent is being executed as per plans.
Project Management
Ongoing monitoring of all project documentation and architecture plans (provided by others), updating specifications as needed while referencing the initial project budget to identify potential discrepancies.
Specifications Tracking
We meticulously review all product and finish specifications to make sure they are up to date and all items are correctly identified.
